Red Rock Digital is a sole proprietorship based in Las Vegas, Nevada, operated by Nathan Fennell. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. There is no account to create and no login.
Information you send
- Your name and business name
- Your phone number and email address
- Your current website address, if you give one
- Anything you write in the message field
Information collected automatically
Our web host records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These are used to keep the site running and secure, not to build a profile of you.
We do not use advertising trackers. This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party ad pixels, and does not sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.
Why we collect it
- To reply to you. If you send an enquiry, we use your contact details to respond and to discuss the work.
- To deliver work you have hired us for. That includes contacting you about your project.
- To keep records. Invoices and project correspondence are kept for tax and accounting purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only where it is necessary to run the business:
- Our web host and form provider, who process and deliver form submissions to us.
- Our email provider, which stores the correspondence between us.
- Where the law requires it, such as a valid legal request from a court or government body.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to paid work are kept for at least four years, as tax record-keeping requires. You may ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, except where we are legally required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information, subject to the record-keeping above
- Stop contacting you

Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your enquiry or your project. We do not send marketing texts and we do not add you to any list. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is a business service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date below. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
